Terms
Engagements
Every project is governed by a written proposal or statement of work agreed before any work begins. That document defines scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables, and takes precedence over anything on this page.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the agreed final deliverables transfers to the client. DANVERSE retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and showreel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions & scope
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it proceeds.
Payment
Projects typically begin against an initial deposit, with the balance due on milestones or delivery as set out in the proposal.
